A 6-Month Virtual Cohort for Small Church Pastors

Pastoring a smaller church comes with unique joys, but it can also feel remarkably isolating. You are not alone, and the size of your congregation does not define the significance of your calling.

This 6-month virtual cohort is designed to encourage your pastoral identity, deepen your connection with peers who truly understand your context, and provide a grounded space to process the realities of small church leadership.

Format: Monthly 90-minute group sessions + 3 individual 1:1 mentoring appointments

Schedule: 2nd Thursday of each month 10:00 AM Pacific

    • January 14, 2027

    • February 11, 2027

    • March 11, 2027

Cost: $400

  • $200 due after minimum participant number is met

  • $100 due November 15, 2026

  • $100 due January 15, 2026

Please note: This cohort requires a minimum of 3 participants to run. If the minimum is not met, all registered participants will be notified by October 5, 2026 and we will shift dates to the future.

  • Mentorship & Relationship Support

    • 3-60 minute mentoring sessions:

      Provided by experienced ministers who are personally committed to supporting you as you thrive in ministry.

    • 6 -90 minutes Monthly Group Mentor Calls:

      Cohort-wide video calls focused on pastoral identity, community, encouragement, reflection, and Q&A with a mentor.

    • Peer Support & Community:

      Dedicated time to build lasting relationships with other ministers.

  • This cohort is for Pastors of small local congregations.

    The applicant must hold credentials in good standing with a denomination, network of churches, or like tradition.

  • Participant Cost: $400

    • $200 due at registration

    • $100 due November 15, 2026

    • $100 due January 15, 2026

    First Payment $200 Due at acceptance: This cohort has a minimum number of participants. Once we have met the minimum number we will email to have you process your first payment.

    Second Payment $100 Due: November 15, 2026

    Final Payment $100 Due: January 15, 2027
