Ministering In & After Hard Times
A 6-Month Virtual Cohort for AGNCN Ministers
Pastoral ministry leaves its mark on us—especially in seasons of crisis, loss, conflict, and prolonged stress. And if you’ve served in ministry for any amount of time - you’ve experienced one or all of these.
This cohort will explore how hard experiences shape the way we lead, relate, discern, and care for others, while considering practices that foster healing, resilience, and greater wholeness. Together, we’ll reflect on what it means to lead from an integrated soul rather than simply pushing through.
Format: Monthly 90-minute group sessions + 2 individual 1:1 mentoring appointments
