A 6-Month Virtual Cohort for exploration of Spiritual Practices

Pastoring often leaves little room for your own spiritual nourishment. When you are constantly pouring out, it is easy for your own wellspring to run dry. As a new year begins, your soul doesn't need another rigid resolution—it needs genuine refreshment. You are not alone, and this 6-month virtual cohort is designed to revive your faith, offer a safe space to experiment with integrative spiritual practices, and help you build sustainable new rhythms alongside peers who truly understand the realities of ministry leadership.

Format: Monthly 90-minute group sessions + 3 individual 1:1 mentoring appointments

Schedule: 3rd Tuesday of each month 12:00 PM Pacific

Cost: $400

  • $200 due after minimum participant number is met

  • $100 due January 15, 2027

  • $100 due March 15, 2027

  • Mentorship & Relationship Support

    • 3-60 minute mentoring sessions:

      Provided by experienced ministers who are personally committed to supporting you as you thrive in ministry.

    • 6 -90 minutes Monthly Group Mentor Calls:

      Cohort-wide video calls focused on pastoral identity, community, encouragement, reflection, and Q&A with a mentor.

    • Peer Support & Community:

      Dedicated time to build lasting relationships with other ministers.

  • This cohort is for pastors and ministry leaders.

  • Participant Cost: $400

    • $200 due at registration

    • $100 due January 15, 2027

    First Payment $200 Due at acceptance: This cohort has a minimum number of participants. Once we have met the minimum number we will email to have you process your first payment.
